Cassie was dropped at our shelter one evening after she was found in a field. She came to us with a horrible case of demadex, a type of mange. Despite her condition she was a sweet and strong girl! As her foster Mom was caring for her she noticed her back legs were quite bowed and she was having difficulty walking. After a visit to the vet, her foster Mom took her to the University of Illinois in Urbana. They recommended surgery the very next day. While the prognosis is good we need help paying for her surgery. Cassie's unexpected surgery is not in our budget and we are looking for help for this sweet resilient puppy. To make a donation, click on the following link.
