Donations and Memberships

Our objective is: to find appropriate homes for unwanted, or abused animal species; to provide shelter for said animals until their adoption; to provide for their medical care until their adoption; to access low cost spay/neuter programs to further education of the public concerning the prevention of cruelty and neglect of animals.  If you are interested in helping with our mission then there are a couple options for you. Albers Automotive at 601 W Jeffrey in Kankakee has graciously agreed to be a drop-off point for pet food donations for KCHF's Pet Food Shower.

Also, the question has been asked "Why can't we donate what ever kind of pet food we want to?"  Of course, any donations will be happily and thankfully accepted.  However, anyone who has a pet knows that constantly changing it's diet will result in gastro-intestinal issues.

Thanks for your continued support.
